Elegant Domestic Services, provides cleaning to Homes, Apartments, Condos, Town Homes, and Lofts, on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, move-in, move-out, and one time cleaning.  Whether you select weekly or a onetime cleaning, every client will receive a Deep Clean on our first visit. 

Our first cleaning visit is more like a spring cleaning.  Before we can begin regular scheduled cleanings of a home, there are a variety of first time task that require extra time and effort.  There is a big difference between old dirt and new dirt.  It takes more time to clean verses new dirt.  It’s not uncommon for us to spend anywhere between 8 to 12 hours on our first visit.  However, it will be half the time or less on a regular repeat maintenance visit.

After you receive your Deep Cleaning, Elegant Domestic Services will maintain the cleanliness of your home on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.  

Access to Your Home: Elegant Domestic Services, cleans during normal business hours while many of our clients are at work.  Many of our clients have provided us with a key or an alternate way of entering their home.  Once, we have completed the initial cleaning of your home, the most reliable way for future visits is to provide us with a key.  This prevents future lock outs and relieves the client of having to always remember to leave a key. 

Your cleaning day is guaranteed.  If we should ever miss your regular cleaning day we’ll return and clean for free!!  As mentioned, we can’t guarantee a specific time of day for your regularly scheduled visits because our travel route can change from week to week.

There will be a LOCK OUT FEE equal to your cleaning fee if we are denied access or if you cancel a regular cleaning visit with less than a 24 hour notice.
